This Heisey-Verlys forest vase has a frosted finish on the exterior with raised forest scene. It is 10 inches in height, 7 1/2 inches in diameter at its rim and approximately 5 inches in diameter at the base. Weighs 7 pounds and 14.6 ounces. Circa 1935 - 1951. Excellent condition. $350.00
This unusual vase was made by the Dugan Glass Comany around 1906. It is 6 inches tall and the mouth is 2 7/8 inches in diameter. The sides are "dimpled". The vase is rolled in frit (powdered glass) before being blown into shape and then crimped by hand. This particular vase was from the Japanese line. Sold!
This is a vintage 1971 crimped cranberry glass bowl made by the Pilgrim Glass Corporation. The pattern of bubbles are in a swirl from the center and this swirl pattern can also be seen in the bottom of the bowl. It still has the original silver label and a tag with some history of this glass. The tag states that cranberry glass is made by fusing solid gold with lead crystal. It also states that the world market price of gold was $44.67 which made it pretty simple to narrow down the date of manufacture. This is a vintage 1940's slag glass flower pot made by the Akro Agate Company. It is a marbelized orange and white color that flouresces brightly under longwave UV light. It is 3 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter at the flared end. The sides are ribbed. The base has the Akro Agate hallmark and the number "296" and "Made in USA". Excellent condition. Sold!
