Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept checks, money orders and PayPal. Items will be shipped
after checks clear. (takes approximately 10 days).
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. We try to ship USPS First
Class International because the rates are the best. However, I have
had it take a month for packages to reach their destination. The
USPS has informed me that it can take as long as two months and
tracking is not available. Please send me an email and I will give a
quote on shipping method and cost to your location.
Q: What is your return policy?
A:
We offer a 7 day return policy that starts from the day you receive
your package. We do not reimburse for shipping and insurance costs
to or from packages destination.
Q: What is your Domestic shipping
policy?
A: We usually ship USPS Priority. If the item allows, we use
USPS First Class. On heavier items, we ship USPS Parcel Post. On
very fragile items, we use UPS and let them do the packing. Mostly
all items are insured and the cost is included in the shipping
charge.
